Revelation acquired Eagle Pharmacy, located in Hoover, Alabama, and Lee Silsby Compounding Pharmacy, located in Beachwood, Ohio.

TAMPA, June 16, 2022 – Osceola Capital, a lower middle-market private-equity firm, announced today the eighth addition to the Revelation Pharma Corporation (“Revelation”) platform by purchasing Wedgewood Pharmacy’s human-health book of business. Wedgewood Pharmacy operates compounding pharmacies that offers sterile and non-sterile compounded medications for animal patients in 50 states. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

DENVER, Jan. 27, 2022 – Revelation Pharma, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, announced today that it has completed the acquisitions of five compounding pharmacies, to include: Innovation Compounding, Pencol Compounding Pharmacy, Pharmacy Specialists Compounding, Wise Compounding, and Convex Pharmacy. In 2021, Osceola formed Revelation Pharma with the acquisition of Everwell Specialty Pharmacy.
