Mr. Moe has over fifteen years of corporate finance and executive management experience. Prior to joining Osceola as a Managing Partner, Mr. Moe was the CEO of Avesta Asset Management, a real estate private equity firm focused on value-add multifamily investments throughout Florida and Texas. Mr. Moe also served as the CFO of Advantage Waypoint, a business services company within the food service industry. He played a vital strategic role in the success of Advantage Waypoint, from its founding in 2011 to its eventual sale in 2014, to include 25 buy-side acquisitions across the United States.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Moe was with Bear Steams and Raymond James, where he worked in their Investment Banking departments focusing on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising across a broad range of industries. Mr. Moe is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he was an officer serving as hospital administrator at multiple U.S. Air Force medical facilities.
Mr. Moe received a B.S. in Management with Distinguished Graduate designation from the United States Air Force Academy, and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Mr. Moe was named CFO of the Year in 2014 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
